Welcome to Sky Creations. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sky Creations website, purchase of event tickets, booking of services, rental of equipment, and participation in events or activities provided or hosted by Sky Creations.

By using our website, submitting a booking request, purchasing a ticket, booking a service, renting equipment, or participating in a Sky Creations event, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.

1. ABOUT SKY CREATIONS

Sky Creations provides event planning, event setup, decorations, balloon creations, party rentals, bounce house rentals, public events, and other celebration-related services.

Our services may be provided at private residences, rented venues, community spaces, gyms, outdoor locations, or other locations agreed upon by Sky Creations and the customer.

Specific services, prices, dates, times, locations, and inclusions may vary by booking.

2. BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS

A booking request submitted through our website does not automatically guarantee that a date or service is reserved.

A booking is considered confirmed only after Sky Creations has confirmed the booking and any required payment, deposit, or other required information has been received.

Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Contact information
Event date
Event location
Event type
Number of guests
Requested services
Other information necessary to fulfill the booking

Customers must notify Sky Creations as soon as possible if any booking information changes.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

Prices for services, rentals, tickets, packages, and events will be displayed or communicated to the customer before purchase whenever reasonably possible.

Prices may vary based on:

Date
Location
Event duration
Number of guests
Equipment requested
Decorations
Setup requirements
Travel distance
Customization
Additional services

Applicable taxes, processing fees, delivery fees, setup fees, or other disclosed charges may apply.

Payment must be made according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.

A booking may not be considered confirmed until required payment or deposit requirements have been satisfied.

4. DEPOSITS AND BALANCES

When a deposit is required, the deposit amount and payment deadline will be communicated before or during the booking process.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a deposit may be non-refundable once Sky Creations has reserved the date, purchased materials, or committed resources for the event.

Any remaining balance must be paid by the deadline communicated by Sky Creations.

Failure to pay a required balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type of service, event, rental, ticket, and payment involved.

Unless a different written policy applies to a specific service or event, payments may be non-refundable after Sky Creations has committed resources, reserved equipment, purchased materials, or reserved a date.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be waived.

6. PUBLIC EVENT TICKET REFUND POLICY

For Sky Creations public events, the refund deadline will be stated on the event's ticket page or event information.

Spooky Bounce Fest

For the Sky Creations Spooky Bounce Fest scheduled for October 31, 2026, ticket purchases become non-refundable after 12:00 AM on Saturday, October 31, 2026, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

After the stated deadline:

Tickets cannot be refunded simply because the ticket holder decides not to attend.
Tickets cannot be refunded because a guest changes their plans.
Tickets cannot be refunded because a guest arrives late or does not attend.
Unused tickets have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
Ticket transfers may be permitted at Sky Creations' discretion.

Customers should carefully review event details, date, time, location, ticket inclusions, and policies before purchasing.

7. EVENT CANCELLATION OR CHANGES BY SKY CREATIONS

Sky Creations reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary because of circumstances including:

Venue availability
Severe weather
Safety concerns
Government requirements
Emergency situations
Equipment problems
Unforeseen circumstances
Circumstances outside Sky Creations' reasonable control

If Sky Creations cancels or materially changes an event, we will communicate available options to affected customers, which may include rescheduling, transferring a ticket, or receiving a refund when applicable.

The available remedy may depend on the circumstances and the specific event's published policy.

8. WEATHER

For outdoor events or services, weather conditions may affect setup, operation, or cancellation.

Sky Creations will make reasonable efforts to monitor conditions and communicate significant weather-related changes.

Safety will take priority over continuing an event or rental.

Weather-related refunds or rescheduling will be handled according to the specific event or booking policy communicated to the customer.

9. BOUNCE HOUSE AND PARTY RENTALS

Customers renting bounce houses or other equipment are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by Sky Creations.

Customers agree to:

Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
Follow all posted and communicated rules.
Follow age, size, capacity, and activity restrictions.
Keep prohibited items away from rental equipment.
Keep food, drinks, sharp objects, shoes, and other prohibited items out of equipment when instructed.
Ensure appropriate adult supervision.
Prevent unsafe behavior.
Immediately report damage, unsafe conditions, or injuries to Sky Creations.

Sky Creations may stop or suspend use of rental equipment when we reasonably believe the equipment is being used unsafely or contrary to the rental requirements.

10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR RENTAL EQUIPMENT

The customer is responsible for reasonable care of rental equipment while it is under the customer's control.

Customers may be responsible for damage caused by misuse, intentional damage, unauthorized use, negligence, prohibited activities, or failure to follow instructions, subject to applicable law and the specific rental agreement.

Customers should not attempt to repair, move, alter, modify, deflate, inflate, or dismantle equipment unless specifically authorized by Sky Creations.

11. VENUE AND SETUP REQUIREMENTS

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event location is suitable for the services and equipment being provided.

Depending on the booking, requirements may include:

Adequate space
Safe access
Suitable flooring or surface
Electrical access
Parking or loading access
Clear setup and removal areas
Permission to use the location
Compliance with venue rules

Customers must disclose known restrictions or hazards that could affect setup or safe operation.

Additional setup requirements or fees may apply depending on the location.

12. EVENT SETUP AND ACCESS

Customers must provide Sky Creations with reasonable access to the event location at the agreed-upon setup time.

If Sky Creations cannot access the location because of locked doors, unavailable venue staff, restricted access, unsafe conditions, incorrect location information, or another issue caused by the customer or venue, delays or additional fees may result.

Sky Creations will make reasonable efforts to complete setup within the agreed timeframe.

13. CUSTOMER PROPERTY

Customers are responsible for their personal property and belongings brought to an event.

Sky Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

Customers should keep valuables secure.

14. CHILDREN AND MINORS

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising children and minors attending Sky Creations events or participating in activities.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for their child based on the child's age, size, abilities, and individual circumstances.

Sky Creations may establish age, height, weight, capacity, or other participation requirements for particular activities or equipment.

Children must follow all applicable safety instructions.

15. SAFETY

Sky Creations is committed to providing fun and safe events.

However, certain activities and equipment may involve ordinary risks associated with participation, including falls, collisions, slips, trips, physical activity, and interaction with other participants.

Participants must follow all safety rules and instructions.

Sky Creations may remove a participant from an activity or event when the participant's behavior creates a safety concern for themselves or others.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

16. INJURIES AND EMERGENCIES

Customers and participants should immediately notify Sky Creations staff of any injury, accident, unsafe condition, or emergency.

In an emergency, Sky Creations may contact emergency services when reasonably necessary.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information when requested.

17. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers and participants acknowledge that participation in certain activities and use of certain equipment may involve inherent or ordinary risks.

Sky Creations does not make any promise that participation in an activity is completely free from risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to excuse gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. EVENT DECORATIONS AND CUSTOM WORK

Custom decorations, balloon arrangements, backdrops, themed designs, and other creative work may vary slightly from inspiration photographs, examples, or verbal descriptions because of material availability, color variations, venue conditions, and the nature of handmade or customized work.

Sky Creations will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed-upon design and overall appearance.

Changes requested after a design or order has been finalized may result in additional charges.

19. BALLOONS

Balloons and balloon installations are decorative products and may naturally change appearance over time.

Temperature, humidity, sunlight, transportation, handling, venue conditions, and other factors can affect balloons.

Customers should avoid excessive heat, sharp objects, rough handling, and other conditions that may damage balloon installations.

20. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

Sky Creations may photograph or record portions of its events for business documentation, promotional materials, social media, advertising, or portfolio purposes.

Where required, Sky Creations will obtain appropriate permission or provide applicable notices or choices concerning identifiable individuals.

Customers who do not wish to be included in promotional photography should notify Sky Creations.

Parents or guardians should notify Sky Creations if they have concerns regarding the use of identifiable images of their children.

21. PUBLIC EVENTS AND VENDORS

Sky Creations may work with independent vendors, entertainers, contractors, volunteers, venues, sponsors, or other third parties.

Third-party vendors may have their own policies, terms, prices, and requirements.

Sky Creations is not responsible for independent services or products provided by third parties except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

22. VENDOR AND SPONSOR PARTICIPATION

Businesses, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and other organizations participating in Sky Creations events must comply with applicable laws, venue requirements, event rules, and instructions provided by Sky Creations.

Sky Creations reserves the right to deny or end vendor or sponsor participation when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, event operations, or other legitimate business reasons.

23. WEBSITE USE

You agree to use the Sky Creations website for lawful purposes.

You may not:

Attempt to interfere with website operation or security.
Access areas of the website without authorization.
Use the website to commit fraud.
Submit false or misleading information.
Attempt to obtain services through fraudulent means.
Copy or misuse Sky Creations' content without permission.
Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
Use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content appearing on the Sky Creations website—including logos, branding, graphics, photographs, written content, designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Sky Creations.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use Sky Creations' copyrighted or branded materials without permission.

25. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Promotional communications will be handled according to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

27. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Sky Creations makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.

However, prices, availability, event details, photographs, designs, services, and other information may change.

Sky Creations reserves the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.

28. ACCESSIBILITY

Sky Creations strives to make its website and events accessible and welcoming to customers.

If you have an accessibility-related question or need concerning a booking or event, please contact us as early as possible so we can discuss available accommodations or arrangements.

29. FORCE MAJEURE

Sky Creations will not be considered in breach of these Terms for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Severe weather
Fire
Power outages
Government restrictions
Public emergencies
Venue closure
Transportation disruptions
Equipment failure
Labor disruptions
Acts of third parties
Other unforeseen circumstances

When reasonably possible, Sky Creations will communicate with affected customers and attempt to provide an appropriate solution.

30. TERMINATION OR REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Sky Creations may cancel or refuse a booking or remove a participant from an event when reasonably necessary because of:

Unsafe conduct
Harassment
Threatening behavior
Property damage
Fraud
Violation of event rules
Violation of these Terms
Failure to make required payments
Other conduct that creates a legitimate safety, legal, or operational concern

Any refund resulting from such a situation will be determined according to the applicable booking or event policy and applicable law.

31. DISPUTES

If you have a concern about a service, event, rental, booking, or transaction, please contact Sky Creations first so that we have an opportunity to understand and address the issue.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising rights available under applicable law.

32. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, except to the extent federal law or another applicable law requires otherwise.

33. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Sky Creations may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

34. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable booking agreement, rental agreement, ticket terms, event-specific policies, invoices, or other written agreements provided by Sky Creations, constitute the applicable agreement concerning the services or event involved.

If an event-specific or written booking agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific written agreement may control for that particular transaction.
